You only open the door when you know who’s standing outside: As soon as the doorbell rings, the 4.5-inch monitor inside shows the camera’s live feed. The connection runs directly via radio, without Wi-Fi, an app, or the internet.
- Direct connection without Wi-Fi – The camera and monitor communicate directly via radio. You don’t need a router, app, or account, and nothing stops working if the internet goes down.
- Two-way audio – A microphone and speaker are built in. Talk to the delivery person through the closed door and decide whether to open it afterward.
- Snapshot when the doorbell rings – The camera automatically takes several photos each time the doorbell rings, so you can see who was at your door.
- Night vision – Even in the dark, you can see who rang the doorbell on the monitor without turning on an outdoor light.
- Range up to 20 m – Place or hang the monitor within this distance of the camera, for example in the hallway or living room.

How long does delivery take?
We process your order within 1–5 working days. After that, your parcel is usually on its way for 7–10 working days – 8–15 working days in total in most cases.
Around public holidays or at busy times it can take a little longer. If there is a delay, we will let you know by email.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is always free, with no minimum order value. Taxes and duties are already included in the price – there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
What happens after I order?
- Order: choose your variant and quantity, add it to your cart and enter your address and payment method at checkout.
- Order confirmation: right after payment you receive an email with your order number.
- Shipping: as soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive a second email with your tracking number.
- Delivery: DHL or a comparable carrier delivers the parcel to your home.
Where is my parcel?
With the tracking number from the shipping email you can see where your parcel is at any time on our Track your order page. Unfortunately we cannot arrange a fixed delivery date or time.
Which payment methods can I use?
PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and EPS. Payment is SSL-encrypted and we do not store your payment details.
Can I return the item?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt. The item should be unused and complete, ideally in its original packaging.
How it works: register your return with your order number via Start a return or by email. You will then receive all the information you need to send it back.
If you return an item for personal reasons (for example you don’t like it or chose the wrong variant), you pay the return shipping costs.
What if the item arrives damaged or wrong?
Please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and a few photos of the item. You will receive a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping costs. Sometimes, no return is needed at all.
