  • Transit time: 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated total delivery time: 8–15 business days from order date

Sustainable shipping approach

To reduce overproduction and unnecessary inventory, we use a demand-driven shipping process. As a result, processing times may vary in individual cases without any additional cost to you. Should there be an unexpected delay, we will of course inform you proactively.

EU countries (Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Ireland):
All prices listed on our website include statutory VAT. No additional or hidden costs will be charged upon delivery.

Switzerland:
All prices listed on our website include statutory VAT as well as all customs and import fees. No additional or hidden costs will be charged upon delivery.

United Kingdom:

Norway:
All applicable taxes, duties, and import fees, including the Norwegian VAT (MVA), are already included in the price. No additional costs will be charged upon delivery.

New Zealand:
All applicable taxes and import duties, including GST (Goods and Services Tax), are already included in the price. No additional costs will be charged upon delivery.

Australia:
All applicable taxes and import duties, including GST (Goods and Services Tax), are already included in the price. No additional costs will be charged upon delivery.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that updating the tracking information may take a few hours.

You can track your shipment anytime on our "Track Order" page using your order number and email address.

Delivery issues, loss, or damage

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Depending on the situation, we will offer you a replacement delivery or a refund.

For damaged shipments, please provide us with clear photos for quick processing. This applies to all our markets worldwide.
