Valid for all our markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Mexico, Singapore, Norway, New Zealand, Australia, Spain, Italy, and France.

30-Day Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for a Return

  • The items must be unused, undamaged, and complete
  • Return in the original packaging (if possible)
  • No restocking fees apply

Our customer service will support you throughout the entire return process.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items:

  • Return shipping costs are fully covered by us
  • In many cases, no return shipment is required
  • We offer free replacement or a full refund

Returns for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong choice):

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs already paid are non-refundable

How the Return Works

Contact our customer service by email or via the contact form, providing your order number.

2. Packaging
Carefully pack the item, preferably in the original packaging.

3. Return Shipment
Send the item according to the instructions you receive after your return is approved.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed:

  • Processing: within up to 5 business days
  • Payment method: refund via the original payment method used
  • Currency: refund in the original currency (EUR, GBP, USD, CHF, AUD, CAD, MXN, SGD, NOK, or NZD)

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear in your account.

Country-Specific Notes

EU countries (Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, France, Ireland): The statutory 14-day withdrawal right is already included in our 30-day return policy.

Switzerland: For returns from Switzerland, you can use our preferred shipping provider. Customs fees for returns are covered by us (for eligible returns).

United Kingdom: The Consumer Rights Act 2015 guarantees statutory return rights. Our 30-day return policy goes beyond this.

United States: Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to your state consumer rights. Returns can be made via our preferred carrier.

Australia: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain fully intact. Our 30-day return policy exceeds the legal minimum requirements. Returns can be made via our preferred shipping provider.

Canada: Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights. Returns can be made via our preferred shipping provider.

Mexico: Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights under the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor.

Singapore: Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

Norway: The statutory 14-day withdrawal right under the Angrerettloven is already included in our 30-day return policy.

New Zealand: Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act remain fully intact. Our 30-day return policy exceeds the legal minimum requirements. Returns can be made via our preferred shipping provider.

Legal Notice (Right of Withdrawal)

Regardless of our voluntary 30-day return policy, you are of course also entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal according to applicable legal provisions. This is already fully included in the return policy mentioned above and does not shorten the return period.
